Our primary language of communication is English, and our support team is based in Central Europe.

Our team operates in the Central European Time Zone, **Monday through Friday** (excluding most European holidays), approximately **9:00 AM – 6:00 PM**. We do not provide support on weekends.&#x20;

Our target response time is **1–2 business days**, though this may vary depending on current volume.

* After submitting via our [contact form](https://staylime.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), check for an automated confirmation email. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, verify your email address and check your spam folder.
* Please don't send follow-up emails asking about your ticket status — this moves your request to the back of the queue.
* For issues with third-party apps, contact the app developer first — they're best placed to help.
* For standard Shopify questions (creating products, pages, collections), contact [Shopify support](https://help.shopify.com/en/questions) directly — they're available 24/7.
* If Shopify already contacted us on your behalf, no need to reach out separately — we've received it.

We offer support exclusively through our email ticket system for two reasons:

1. **Equitable assistance.** Every inquiry is handled in the order it's received — no customer waits longer than another.
2. **Technical precision.** Most support queries are technical. Email lets us provide accurate, well-documented solutions using screenshots, videos, links, and code snippets.

For non-theme questions, [Shopify support](https://help.shopify.com/en) is available 24/7. For third-party app issues, contact the app developer directly.

No. Our themes are a one-time purchase with no ongoing license fees. All future updates are included at no additional cost.

Themes are digital goods — once installed or downloaded, access cannot be revoked, so refunds are not available. We strongly recommend using the free trial available on the Shopify Theme Store before purchasing. Trials have no time limit and give you full access to all settings.

If you have an unresolved issue, please reach out — we're committed to addressing any concerns quickly. Note that neither Shopify nor theme providers can issue refunds for digitally downloaded products per [Shopify's terms of service](https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms).

Per [Shopify's terms of service](https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms), each theme license applies to one store. If you need the theme on multiple stores, a separate license is required for each. <summary><strong>Is it possible to download a trial version of your theme?</strong></summary>

Yes — a free trial is available directly on the Shopify Theme Store. We recommend trying it before purchasing. The trial has no time limit and gives you full access to all settings and options. The only restrictions are that you can't edit the code or publish the trial as your live theme. To start, go to the theme listing on the Shopify Theme Store and click "Try theme."
