Introduction

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Staylime, Inc. (“Staylime,” “we,” “us,” “our,” etc.) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit the website located at: https://staylime.com (the “Site”). A. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and certain third-party services (“Service Provider”) such as Google Analytics, may automatically collect certain information about you when you access or use the Site (“Usage Information”). How we share the information that we collect

We may also share information we collected with courts, law enforcement authorities, regulators or attorneys or other parties where it is reasonably necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal or equitable claim, or for the purposes of a confidential alternative dispute resolution process. We may also share such information if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms and conditions, or as otherwise required by law.

How long we retain your information

We will retain your information we collected for as long as is needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

A. Your rights in your country

Your rights will be determined by the country in which you reside. Many countries have specific laws relating to privacy. We seek to abide with all relevant national laws.

B. Your rights in California

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (“Code”) permits users of our Site who are California residents and have provided Personal Information to us to request from us certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

As required by the Code, at your request we will provide you with the categories of Personal Information that we collect through the Site and the categories of third party persons or entities with whom such Personal Information may be shared. California law requires us to inform you, at your request, of (a) the categories of Personal Information we collect and the third parties with whom we share that information; (b) the names and addresses of those third parties; and (c) examples of the products marketed by those third parties. “Personal Information” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to revise and reissue this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Policy, but material changes will only apply prospectively, and we will not use previously collected information, including Personal Data or Personal Information, as the case may be, in a way materially different than the Policy in effect at the time of collection, unless you otherwise consent. Your continued use of the Site indicates your consent to the Policy then posted. If you do not agree, please discontinue access and use of the Site.
